We are excited to invite you to join us on a culinary journey exploring the past and present world of whiskey. Travel with us to Kentucky, Japan, and Scotland while enjoying five courses crafted to match and enhance exquisite Bourbons, Japanese whiskies, and one very special Scotch.

The earliest historical evidence of whiskey production is a Scottish ledger ordering malted barley be sent in 1494, “To Friar John Cor, by order of the king, to make aquavitae (the water of life).” From these early roots many nations around the world have created their own rich whiskey traditions and distillation methods.

Thanks to these unique cultural traditions, and sometimes even collaborations, we have a bountiful world of whiskey to explore with you throughout this special evening.
