Years ago, the
Angus Barn ran out of bread during the middle of the night. In a panic,
dough was taken out of the box without giving it time to rise, it
was then flattened with a rolling pin. When it didn't rise in the
oven, the flat bread was broken into pieces and tasted hot out of
the oven! Delicious..... thus the story of our homemade crackers!
It especially complements our famous blue and cheddar cheese spreads.

White Zinfandel are made by Wente Vineyards of Livermore, California, a very well
respected producer that would be a premium wine at most restaurants. Our Merlot
is a versatile Medium Bodied red wine with flavors of Black Cherry and Plum. It
is produced by Bouchards Domaine Deshenry's in France. |
