1st Course:
Red curry potato soup with pepita, cilantro, and cashew

2nd Course:
Five spice beef & cucumber, mint, chilies & puffed rice

3rd Course:
Basil cured scallops , local asparagus, beet tapioca & citrus yogurt

4th Course:
Root beer braised Beef short rib, purple yam, charred cipolonni onion, Carolina peanut gremolata

5th Course:
Roasted almond cake, blond chocolate pecan praline crunch, NC mountain apples, cheesecake cremeux

This dinner is dedicated to the memory of Chef Jimmy Alfano. Jimmy Alfano was one of our most talented chefs for over 20 years at the Angus Barn. Proceeds from this dinner will benefit the Jimmy Alfano Scholarship Fund which is dedicated to the spirit and compassion that he embodied.
